Campania: Recipes & Wanderings Across Italy’s Polychromatic Coast is the third instalment of our new series developed in partnership with Belmond. This latest edition features wildly vibrant photography by Lea Colombo, presenting this stretch of the Amalfi Coast in beautiful technicolour portraits. With essays by Elisa Carassai, Claudia Durastanti, Margo Schachter, and closed with a postcard afterword by Darina Allen, Campania offers 21 classic dishes, including many taken from the kitchens of Belmond’s hotel, Caruso. Interspersed with the hotel’s classic cuisine are guest recipes by Nina Clemente, Bernardo Costantino, and Salvatore Giugliano. From the narrow streets of Naples to towering Vesuvius, Campania is part invitation and part kaleidoscopic ode to the birthplace of pizza, Caprese salad, and larger-than-life Amalfi lemons.

‘This is a blueprint, you could say, for how to live a good life, eat well, and be happy.’
BACK IN STOCK! Atelier September: A place for daytime cooking is the first cookbook dedicated to the renowned Copenhagen restaurant, featuring recipes from owner Frederik Bille Brahe, who grants exclusive access to Atelier September’s most iconic dishes. 86 recipes offer mostly vegetarian takes on breakfast, lunch, sweets, and A.S staples, including the ‘Avocado mad’, all with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. Frederik renders recipes for fluffy, financier-like pancakes, seasonal soups and salads, and matcha-flavoured desserts with the same familiarity that shaped his first, best-selling book with Apartamento, All the Stuff We Cooked. An introduction and poetic interludes written by Frederik offer a glimpse into A.S’s early days and culinary inspirations, backstory for what would become one of the most celebrated restaurants in Copenhagen. Edited by Jeni Porter and featuring photographs by Rasmus Weng Karlsen, Atelier September is a kind of homecoming—both in the memories evoked by familiar flavours and beautiful objects, as well as through the lifelong friends we make gathered around a table.
For the ninth edition of our annual Apartamento cookbook, we’re celebrating Sandwiches! Both versatile and scrumptious, these 16 recipes delight with versions hot and cold, open and closed, savoury, veggie, overloaded BBQ, and one classically sweet ice cream treat.
From white bread to the best rye you can find, we are fascinated to learn how chefs spanning a range of countries and cuisines have gone above and beyond to infuse these easy bites with extra deliciousness.

Issue nº 31 of The Gentlewoman is super fresh and fronted by the brilliant American actor Greta Lee in a white feather number by Loewe. The season’s Modernisms Q&As are a riot of discursive discovery, spotlighting the ceramicist Lindsey Mendick, the podcasting designer Bella Freud, the restaurateur Ravinder Bhogal and the director Joanna Hogg, who has made a film from the perspective of a handbag. And why not?
Character studies galore in the profile pages. The beloved Irish writer Claire Keegan is dubious about her authorial persona but excited about her new tractor. Marie Adam-Leenaerdt wears her own multifaceted designs. The model Lily McMenamy has devised a smash theatrical revue, and the rock-loving artist Lorna Simpson is making blockbuster work featuring a meteorite bought on eBay.
The fashion stories brim with new attitudes, too, from dazzling stripes to a close-up inspection of fab sunglasses. Not to mention a lesson in high-contrast looks from the Belgian supermodel Anne-Catherine Lacroix, and the next big thing in executive dressing. More power to you, sisters!

Salvador Dali’s Home on the shores of Spain’s Costa Brava is the subject of a new book by Apartamento photographed by fellow Spanish artist, Coco Capitan, Casa Dali gives a seldom-seen look into the living quarters of one of the 20th century’s greatest artists.
Purchased by Dalí in the early 1930s, the house served as the artist’s primary residence and workspace, the birthplace of some of his most famous paintings, including The Persistence of Memory.
A special introduction by architect Oscar Tusquets Blanca recounts his 15-year friendship with Dalí, while exclusive new photos by Coco Capitán capture the artist’s home in the same golden light that drew him to the Mediterranean village of Portlligat, where he ‘claimed that he was the first Spaniard to see the sun rise’. Coco’s photos lure readers into the grandeur of the artist’s home as a site of active creation—both of life and of art—where the worn ephemera of Dalí’s studio appear alongside images of his infamous taxidermy collection, the iconic couch modelled after Mae West’s mouth, and the distinctive white exteriors that also shaped one of our best sellers, The Modern Architecture of Cadaqués: 1955–71.
Miguel Milá is considered one of Spain’s first and most influential industrial designers. Starting out as an interior designer amid the country’s early modernist movement, Milá began making the objects he needed but couldn’t yet find on the market. He took raw and renewable materials and crafted prototypes by hand, occasionally evolving designs to perfect his now-iconic lighting and furniture.
Miguel Milá: A Life in Design is a detailed look back through his most emblematic works, produced between 1956 and 2021, with archival photos and drawings, as well as original photos shot at Milá’s Barcelona home by Nacho Alegre. Introducing the book is seminal English designer Jasper Morrison, while the products are catalogued and described by design academic Francisco Gaspar Quevedo, who also contributed a biographical text on Miguel’s life, career, and the principles that sprang from both.
Immerse yourself in hot springs from around the world in this stunning visual adventure that features photographs and stories of the unique topographies, regional uses, and cultural meanings of thermal baths.
This book transports you to high mountains, remote islands, vast deserts, and the Arctic to soak in the ethereal beauty of natural hot springs. From sacred sites in India to municipal pools in Iceland and beyond, photojournalist Greta Rybus has traveled the world to document the warm, wild gathering places that have comforted the weary and adventurous for centuries.
Each spring is unique, a reflection of not just its physical location but of the people who care for and enjoy it. Hot Springs guides you through breathtaking landscapes and offers intriguing insights on historical significance, proper etiquette, and the roles these springs have in their communities. You’ll hear from bathers in Hungary and Japan about how hot baths are a consistent part of their wellness and social routines. You’ll learn about a repatriated hot spring in South Africa and explore the power of communal ownership for locals in Alaska, Greenland, and Mexico. You’ll read about a pool that Antony reportedly gave to Cleopatra and hot springs in Iceland still connected to an outlaw past.
In the modern home, it matters less whether your interior is perfectly appointed, and more whether it’s authentically personal, unique, and filled with objects you feel a connection to. How to Live With Objects (Clarkson Potter, 320 color pages, 9"x12") is anti-decorating book that champions this new approach to interiors — simply surrounding yourself with objects you love.
In How to Live With Objects, we'll introduce you to four categories of objects — vintage, contemporary, handmade, and sentimental — and guide you through the process of finding and identifying good ones and incorporating them into your space. We'll teach you how to find and identify makers and styles you love, which questions to ask when purchasing objects, and why it’s okay to have at least one thing in your home that no one else understands.
The book acts as a primer on how to maximize the visual and emotional impact of your interior, regardless of your space limitations, style preferences, or budget. From a deep dive into the world of vintage-hunting, to anecdotes about favorite objects from creatives like Misha Kahn and Lykke Li, to house tours with object-lovers like Charlotte Taylor and Su Wu, How to Live with Objects is an indispensable tool for anyone who wants to make their house a home.

Cook This Book + More is More
Learn to cook with confidence and unbridled joy in 100 big, bold, flavorful recipes from New York Times bestselling author Molly Baz.
It’s time to crank up the heat and lose the measuring spoons because the secret to cooking is hiding in one simple motto: MORE IS MORE. In her bestselling debut cookbook, Cook This Book, Molly Baz taught the cooking essentials and put her love for mortadella and dill on blast. In More Is More, she’s teaching cooks how to level up their cooking, loosen up in front of that ripping hot pan, and seek deliciousness at all costs. (And yes, there will be more mortadella.) More Is More is a philosophy that encourages more risk-taking, better intuition, fewer exact measurements, and a “don’t stop ‘til it tastes delicious” mentality.
The recipes in More Is More are fit for any day of the week and for cooks of all skill levels. Each recipe will teach a technique or flavor combination that takes Molly’s maximalist, “leave no flavor on the cutting board” approach. So crank your ovens! Grab a fat pinch of salt! And if you’re going to use an ingredient, truly use it. Just one lonely clove of garlic? Not in this cookbook!
