SHIPPING INFORMATION
All items will be shipped via USPS first Class or Priority Mail. There is an option for local pick up if you are in the Livingston area.
Orders will ship within 1-3 business days. Tracking is included.
Please make sure that your package is being shipped to a secure location. Once an item has been shipped, Lu Dale is not responsible if the item is lost or stolen in transit.
Should you wish to send an order as a gift please contact us at howdy@shopludale.com and we will be happy to give your purchase special attention including a handwritten note.
Local Pick Up
If you live in the Livingston area and choose local pick up, your items will be ready within 2-3 business days. We will contact you via email to make arrangements. Need something same day? Email us at howdy@shopludale.com before making your purchase to see if same-day arrangements can be made.
RETURNS POLICY
IN-STORE (by appointment)
In-store purchases can be exchanged for store credit within 7 days if unused and in original packaging. (with the exception of art and vintage items, which are final sale).
WEB SHOP
Web shop purchases can be returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Items such as vintage, art, perfume, ceramics, pantry goods, apothecary products and sale items are final sale. We want you to LOVE your purchase and are happy to help in any way we can! We are always on hand to send detailed photos and measurements and answer any questions via email. If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase, please email us at howdy@shopludale.com. We will do our best to accommodate you.
VINTAGE
Vintage is final sale ‘cause ya know… it’s vintage.
If you would like to return an item for store credit please email us at howdy@shopludale.com (prior approval must be made). Lu Dale is not responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item we will reach out via email.
